A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed
effectively, and managing project timelines and resources.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all activities onsite including site progress, sub-contractors’ performance and quality control
- Inspect and monitor site works to ensure compliance with contract specifications, construction drawings, and standard policy.
- Prepare daily site reports and site progress pictures, documenting daily work progress and any site issues for reporting to the Project Manager.
- To maintain all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect to daily work records.
- To attend all site meetings and technical meetings as directed and when necessary.
- Any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising landed and high-rise development will be preferred.
- Possess at least a Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering/Construction or replated discipline
- Able to converse and write proficiently in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with construction software and project management tools is a plus.
- Willing to work at odd hours when required & necessary.
- Must possess own transport.
