SITE SUPERVISOR

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed 
effectively, and managing project timelines and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all activities onsite including site progress, sub-contractors’ performance and quality control
• Inspect and monitor site works to ensure compliance with contract specifications, construction drawings, and standard policy.
• Prepare daily site reports and site progress pictures, documenting daily work progress and any site issues for reporting to the Project Manager.
• To maintain all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect to daily work records.
• To attend all site meetings and technical meetings as directed and when necessary.
• Any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising landed and high-rise development will be preferred.
• Possess at least a Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering/Construction or replated discipline
• Able to converse and write proficiently in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with construction software and project management tools is a plus.
• Willing to work at odd hours when required & necessary.
• Must possess own transport.
