Job Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding (60%)
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote ACEC’s educational programs, academic collaborations, conferences, and international projects.
- Manage and create content for digital platforms including website, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate branding materials such as brochures, posters, presentations, and corporate profiles.
- Support recruitment marketing for students, academic programs, and international partners.
- Monitor marketing performance, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness; prepare basic marketing reports.
Communications & Event Support (40%)
- Assist in organizing and promoting academic events, conferences, seminars, and international visits.
- Liaise with universities, partners, media, and stakeholders for promotional and outreach activities.
- Draft official announcements, publicity content, press releases, and event summaries.
- Support internal coordination with administrative and project teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Perform other marketing and communication-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or above in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media Studies, or related fields (preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles; experience in education or international projects is an advantage.
- Professional Knowledge:
- Understanding of basic marketing principles and digital marketing tools
- Familiar with branding, content creation, and promotional strategies
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g. Canva) is an advantage
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Others:
- Age 35 or below
- Must be able to communicate in Chinese (spoken and written)
