Job Responsibilities
Contract Management (50%)
- Oversee the end-to-end contract management process, including drafting, reviewing, approval coordination, filing, and execution tracking.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure all terms are properly implemented, and coordinate with relevant departments to address contract issues.
- Maintain, refine, and implement the contract management system to enhance standardization and efficiency.
- Assist in identifying potential legal risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Establish, update, and analyze the contract database to generate reports and provide decision-making support to management.
Administrative Affairs (50%)
- Manage daily administrative operations, including office supplies procurement, fixed asset upkeep, and document filing.
- Coordinate and organize internal meetings, company events, and related logistics arrangements.
- Support the development and improvement of administrative and human resource policies to optimize internal management.
- Handle drafting of official documents, circulation of notices, and reception of visitors.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or above in Administration, Law, Business Management, or related fields
- preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administrative work or contract management; candidates with corporate contract management experience are preferred.
- Professional Knowledge: Familiar with contract management processes, with basic legal
- awareness and understanding of contract risk control.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong
- abilities in data organization and document management.
- Soft Skills: Good communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, strong sense of
- responsibility, and able to work independently.
- Others: Age 35 or below; must be able to communicate in Chinese.
