SITE SUPERVISOR (EARTHWORK / CIVIL)

Job Description:

• Earthwork
• Supervise and coordinate as excavation, grading, and compaction.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Monitor heavy machinery and report progress to the project manager.

Civil

• Manage daily site operations, workforce, and subcontractor activities.
• Ensure construction work is executed according to design and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / CIDB Certified Supervisor
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in earthworks and site preparation OR civil works supervision
• Strong experience in earthworks, cut & fill, road works, and basic structures
• Able to coordinate subcontractors and site manpower
