SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER (SHO)

Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety protocols.
• Investigate workplace incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with legal safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Must be registered with DOSH (Green Book holder)
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction safety, preferably with experience in road and bridge construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and site safety procedures
