Supervise and coordinate technicians and workers in the installation, maintenance, servicing and repair of electrical and electronic equipment and systems.
Inspect completed work to ensure efficient operation in compliance with prescribed specifications and safety standards.
Plan, implement and execute preventive maintenance programs and related activities.
Troubleshoot and repair electronic cards and inverter-driven motors used in printing, loading and press machines.
Analyse equipment performance, identify root causes of breakdowns and recommend and implement solutions to minimise production downtime.
Provide technical support and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience; familiarity with PLC programming is required. Experience in the ceramic industry is an added advantage.
Strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
