Job Scope / Responsibilities
- AI-Based Sales Support
- Utilize AI tools (CRM, chatbots, automation) to generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales data to recommend upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Support the sales team with AI-driven insights, sales scripts, and follow-up reminders.
AI Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns using AI tools (ad optimization, content scheduling, A/B testing).
- Optimize Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms based on AI analysis.
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent, professional, and performance-oriented.
Content Creation & Optimization
- Produce marketing content with the assistance of AI (copywriting, captions, visuals, videos).
- Improve engagement rates through content optimization based on AI analytics.
- Prepare and manage content calendars and monthly posting schedules.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance, sales funnel data, and customer conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Propose improvements based on data trends and AI-based forecasting.
Automation & System Improvement
- Set up and manage AI automation for marketing, lead nurturing, and customer responses.
- Improve internal SOP efficiency using AI tools.
- Reduce manual work and enhance overall team productivity.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, operations, and management teams.
- Provide training support or guidance on AI tools to relevant teams.
- Ensure all activities align with company goals, KPIs, and branding standards.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, AI-enabled CRM, Meta Ads AI, automation tools).
- Knowledge and experience in sales and digital marketing.
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Good communication skills with a strong team-working spirit.
- Responsible, disciplined, and self-motivated.
