Job Scope / Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance plans.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
  • Set individual sales targets and KPIs for sales executives.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

Sales Operations & Execution

  • Oversee daily sales activities to ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure proper execution of sales processes, SOPs, and pricing policies.
  • Review sales pipelines, quotations, contracts, and closing activities.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations when necessary.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Handle major negotiations and high-value accounts.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
  • Analyze sales performance data and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor cost control and profitability of sales activities.
  • Track individual and team performance metrics.

Requirements / Qualifications: 

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in the F&B industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
