Job Scope / Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance plans.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
- Set individual sales targets and KPIs for sales executives.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and corrective actions.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Sales Operations & Execution
- Oversee daily sales activities to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure proper execution of sales processes, SOPs, and pricing policies.
- Review sales pipelines, quotations, contracts, and closing activities.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations when necessary.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Handle major negotiations and high-value accounts.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Analyze sales performance data and recommend improvements.
- Monitor cost control and profitability of sales activities.
- Track individual and team performance metrics.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in the F&B industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Able to work independently.
- Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
