Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision
- Possess good negotiation skills
Job Description
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
- Assist in cost control, budgeting, and value engineering
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on cost-related matters
- Support the Quantity Surveyor in day-to-day project operations
