Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or any related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience in construction / property projects is an advantage
Job Description
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Track project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines
- Assist with procurement, quotations, and purchase orders related to projects
- Handle correspondence with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Monitor project expenses and assist in budget tracking
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements
