ADMIN & COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT

Key responsibilities:
- Diploma in Accounting, Human Resource, or related field.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Experience using accounting systems such as Autocount.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Requirement:
- Prepare and update employment agreements, assist with HR policy documentation, and verify payroll items
- Assist in preparing and organising audit documents, verifying financial records, and ensuring all supporting files are properly arranged for audit review.
- Support new ISO certificate application documentation and maintain ongoing ISO documentation progress.
