SYSTEMS AND NETWORK ENGINEER
Kuching, Sarawak
Key responsibilities:

Manage, monitor, and maintain servers to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Oversee gateway and firewall systems, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Develop, implement, and maintain software or scripts for:
o    Traffic monitoring
o    Resource utilization monitoring
o    Server uptime/downtime monitoring
o    Security monitoring and alerting
o    Plan, deploy, and manage on-premise and data center infrastructure, including networking, storage, and compute resources.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or any related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, gateways, and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming for system automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Strong understanding of data center operations and on-premise server management.
• Knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security standards.
