PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Location of Work: Demak Laut Industrial Park, Kuching

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work shift and overtime
• Independent and able to multitask effectively.
• PC literate.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 QMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor employee performance, provide guidance, and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
