FACTORY ENGINEER
Location of Work: Demak Laut Industrial Park, Kuching

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to drive root cause findings
• Able to lead and supervise a team of technicians to achieve set targets.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians in troubleshooting major equipment issues
• Ensure all work follows safety procedures
• Handle sourcing and purchase requests for machinery, spare parts, tools, and equipment
• Plan and implement equipment upgrades or modifications to improve processes
• Compile and maintain technical documents (manuals, drawings, diagrams, etc.)
• Keep records of machine maintenance
