ADMIN ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Main Role: Handles all office, accounting and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Handle office documentation, correspondence, and other daily tasks.
- Manage full set of accounts, daily operations, and month-end closing.
- Manage bookkeeping, invoices, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, audit support and etc.
- Assist with procurement and stock tracking.

Qualifications
- Min. 1 year experiences in administrative or clerical roles (entry-level acceptable with relevant skills)
- Min. 2 years experiences (executive / officer)
- Possess diploma in Business Administration, HR, Account & Finance or equivalent.
- Proficient in SQL, AutoCount & MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) or other related software.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to varying administrative needs
