PROJECT ADMIN / COORDINATION EXECUTIVE
Main Role: Support Project Manager in all documentation’s compliance & coordinate daily site activities/
needs with all project vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare project quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries.
- Document controller for all project-related
- Coordinate project timeline, track progress and act as a center point of communications with sub-contractors, workers & client.
Qualifications:
- Min 1 year experience in administrative or clerical roles (entry-level acceptable with relevant skills).
- 1-2 years experiences as project coordinator or any site experiences (preferably)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) or other software
- Provide adequate product knowledge on furniture & fittings (glass, windows & doors)
