Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to visitors according to schedule or upon request
• Ensure pantry area is clean, tidy and well-organised at all times
• Wash cups, glasses, plates and maintain cleanliness of pantry equipment
• Refill and monitor pantry supplies
• Assist in preparing simple refreshments for meetings or events
• Ensure meeting rooms are ready before and cleaned up after meetings (drinks, light snacks, etc.)
• Dispose rubbish from pantry and meeting rooms regularly
• Any other ad-hoc pantry/office support duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• SPM level or equivalent
• Responsible, polite and well-groomed
• Punctual and trustworthy
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
