CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE  - Miri

Job Description:

• Achieve outlet sales satisfaction index target.
• Achieve outlet insurance renewal target.
• Provide test drive, showroom events, roadshow and visitation support to sales team.
• Support daily report and administrative works.
• Support customer care and engagement activities.

Requirements: 

• Min. Diploma in Business/Marketing/Communication or related field.
• Experience in customer service/frontline/automotive is an added advantage
• fresh grads are welcome).
• Pleasant, customer-oriented and good communication skills.
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays when required.
• Computer literate (MS Office/Google, WhatsApp).
