ADMIN ASSISTANT (Based in Kanowit)
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 years working experience, candidate with experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canvas and PDF Management tools
Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage, control and maintain all incoming and outgoing project documents including drawings, correspondences, reports and transmittals
- Ensure all documents are properly logged, indexed and filled according to the company's documents control procedure
- Maintain document register for traceability and quick retrieval
- Distribute controlled copies of documents to relevant project personnel and ensure superseded versions are removed
- Support the project team in preparing and submitting document transmittal, letters, reports, memos and meeting minutes
- Handle site correspondence, including emails, courier and incoming/outgoing mail
- Support the Project Manager, Engineers and QAQC team in document submission, filling, and tracking of approvals.
- Assist in scheduling and arranging meetings, appointments and logistics
- Assist in maintain the filing system for ISO / QAQC documentation
- Perform other project or administrative-related tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.
