ADMIN ASSISTANT (Based in Kuching)
Requirements:
- Min 2-3 years working experience, candidate with experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canvas and PDF Management tools
- Knowledge in ISO standards or Project Administration will be an added advantage.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage, control and maintain all incoming and outgoing documents including drawings, correspondences, reports, letters or mail.
- Ensure all documents are properly logged, indexed and filled according to the company's documents control procedure
- Maintain an up-to date- document register to ensure traceability and quick retrieval.
- Distribute controlled copies of documents to relevant personnel and ensure that superseded versions are removed from circulation.
- Support in preparation and submission of letters, reports, memos and meeting minutes.
- Assist in scheduling and arranging meetings, appointments and logistics
- Perform other project or administrative-related tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.
