SENIOR PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Duties :
 

• Oversee and manage the procurement process for construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to secure optimal deals from existing and new suppliers.
• Collaborate with vendors to clarify product specifications, cost estimations, and logistics.
• Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors to maximize value.

Requirements:
 

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, ideally within the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
• Independent, analytical, and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
