Job Duties :
 

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender documents for construction projects.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of contract documentation.
• Monitor project costs, track variances, and report on progress.
• Manage progress claims, interim payment certificates, and work with project teams to ensure financial control.

Requirements:
 

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction sector.
• Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
