Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and policies for all construction activities.
- To assist in handling site technical matters and documentation
- Perform routine inspection, audit and test of materials.
- Monitor and update the records of inspections, tests, findings and corrective actions.
- Assist in reviewing project specifications to ensure quality standards are addressed.
- Prepare and submit relevant reports to the client and management.
- Conduct meeting to liaise with project team and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
Qualification and/or Experience Required:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction QA/QC roles.
- Knowledge of quality management principal, tools and computer software.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
