Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspecting construction sites regularly.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Handling and coordinate site workers on site construction works.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Qualification and/or Experience Required:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials/ mechanical and electrical systems and safety regulations.
- Excellent supervisory skills, good team player and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in road and construction works.
