SITE SUPERVISOR

Duties & Responsibilities: 
 

• Inspecting construction sites regularly.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Handling and coordinate site workers on site construction works.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Qualification and/or Experience Required: 
 

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials/ mechanical and electrical systems and safety regulations.
• Excellent supervisory skills, good team player and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in road and construction works.
