ACCOUNTS CLERK

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Handle invoicing, payment processing, and journal entries accurately.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records in line with audit and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks on accounting and compliance matters.
• Support payroll-related data collation and statutory submissions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Sarawakian.
• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on accounting experience with exposure to full-set accounts (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (QNE).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• SALARY RANGE: RM2,000 – RM2,500
