Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (usually 1-3 years) in an HR role or related administrative position.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and organizational policies.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong ethical values and integrity.
- Positive attitude with a passion for fostering a good work environment.
- Proficient in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to remain calm and composed when handling stressful situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, introducing them to company policies, teams, and roles.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring that all personal and professional data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in setting up performance appraisal systems and ensure regular evaluations of employee performance.
- Administer payroll, benefits, bonuses, and incentives.
- Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and ensure timely processing of payroll.
- Ensure the organization’s policies are in compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
