Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1–3 years of project coordination or project support experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency with engineering software (Microsoft office, Microsoft project, AutoCAD etc.)
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to work as a team with minimum supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and track daily project activities and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (reports, meeting minutes, logs, RFI, submittals, etc.).
- Monitor project progress and report risks, delays, or issues to the Project Manager.
- Support communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
- Assist with procurement, contract administration, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and quality expectations.
- Help track expenses, invoices, and financial progress.
- Provide administrative and logistical support throughout the project lifecycle.
