Job Purpose
The Scheduler / Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project
schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. This role provides detailed planning
support, identifies potential delays, and coordinates with project teams to optimize workflow
and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Excel.
Break down projects into tasks, milestones, and deliverables, assigning timelines and resource requirements.
Monitor project progress, track deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment and adherence to schedules.
Generate progress reports, schedule forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Identify potential bottlenecks, risks, and resource conflicts, recommending solutions to minimize delays.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing schedule performance and providing optimization recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
