Job Scope:
 

• Provide professional and personalised advice to customers in product / service selection,
• Advice dental treatment according to customers & health condition / treatment objective,
• Attend to walk in customers’ enquiries and perform cashiering duties, customer appointment bookings, incoming calls & registration.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle feedback and complaints, relationship building with existing and new customers to create sales opportunities.

Requirement:
 

• At least SPM or equivalent
• Possess a cheerful and outgoing personality with self-motivation
• Good communication skills
• Be result and customer oriented
• Be a team player with good integrity and exceptional work ethic
• Be able to work proactively, using own initiative
