2. SITE CLERK (Kota Samarahan), 3 posts, Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Admin, Construction Management or related field, Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction site admin, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Maintain and organize site documentation, Handle site correspondence
3. PROJECT ENGINEER (Kota Samarahan), 2 posts, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Minimum 2-5 years of relevant on-site work experience in earthwork, infrastructure, road and/or building works, Ensure work meets quality and safety standards, Check and interpret drawings and specifications
4. QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Kota Samarahan), 2 posts, Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field, Minimum 2-3 years of relevant on-site work experience in earthwork, infrastructure, road and/or building works, Prepare cost estimates and budgets, Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), Evaluate variations and changes in work scope
5. LAB TECHNICIAN (Kota Samarahan), 2 posts, Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field, Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction lab testing, Conduct material and field testing, and site sampling, Record and prepare test reports, Maintain and calibrate lab equipment
