LAB TECHNICIAN   (2 posts) 
Requirements:
Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction lab testing
Knowledge of basic material testing procedures
Conduct material and field testing, and site sampling
Ensure materials meet project specifications and standards
Record and prepare test reports
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment
Responsible and detail-oriented
Willing to work on-site

SITE CLERK (Kota Samarahan), 3 posts, Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Admin, Construction Management or related field, Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction site admin, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Maintain and organize site documentation, Handle site correspondence 3.
