Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp.
• Prepare and issue Delivery Orders from "Autocount System" to drivers accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics team for smooth delivery.
• Provide after-sales service and follow up with customers.
• Ensure deadlines and commitments to customers are delivered responsibly.
