INSPECTOR-OF-WORK (IOW)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of the execution of civil and structural works in accordance with the Contract and construction drawings.
• Inspection and reporting of execution, installation, and concreting works completed by Contractors.
• Ensuring all materials delivered to site conform to the approved specifications and Contract requirements.
• Identifying all outstanding works to be carried out timely to meet the timeline stipulated in the Contract.
• Identifying potential problems and delay at site, and report regularly to the superiors on the progress of works.
• Filing of all relevant forms, document, reports, correspondences and records in accordance with the ISO requirement.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering
• Malaysian
• Experience in Civil & Structural Works
• Registered with BEM & CIDB
• Good communication skills with proven capability in managing and liaising with all parties.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision with good interpersonal skills.
