SITE FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an independent, self-driven team player to join our company as
Site Foreman/Supervisor in Kuching area.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineer or related field;
• Minimum three (3) years of experience, preferably in construction of property development industry
• Strong understanding of construction principles, techniques, and materials.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Must have own transport (CAR) and a valid motor car driving license.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Basic Mandarin is a bonus.
• With experience for projects through the full construction life cycle with multiple projects

Responsibilities:

• Able to understand architectural, civil and structural drawings.
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
• Liase with contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and address any issues or concerns that arise during construction.
• Preparation of paperwork including weekly site report.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Salary around RM3,500 – RM6,000 depend on qualification & experiences
