IT EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems with three (3) years working experience in related field.
• Passionate in IT and willing to go extra mile to provide quality services to staff and students.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all network usage and security protocols align strictly with organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain continuous oversight of network infrastructure, hardware, and operating systems to ensure peak performance and uptime.
• Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for staff and students.
• Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, and system configurations to ensure accountability and resource tracking.
• Carry out routine maintenance checks for optimal system functionality.
