Job Details
  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Wireman Competency Certificate (PW1/PW2/PW3 or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably 2–3 years of working experience in electrical works, building maintenance or facilities management.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and air-conditioning systems.
  • Able to troubleshoot technical issues and work independently.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with contractors and operational teams.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

 

HOCK SENG LEE GROUP - 1. QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Kuching), Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. At least 8 years experience. Contract administration, procurement, cost control, variation management. 2. SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER (Kuching), NIOSH Safety & Health certification, registered with DOSH, valid Green Book. At least 2 years safety management experience. 3. SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR (Sarawak), Completed Site Safety Supervisor course, registered with DOSH, Yellow Book. At least 5 years supervisory site experience. 4. TECHNICIAN (MALL & BUILDING OPERATIONS) (Kota Samarahan), Minimum SPM. Preferably 2–3 years experience. Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning systems. PW1/PW2/PW3 advantage. 5. ACCOUNTS OFFICER (Kota Samarahan), Degree/Diploma in Accounting/CAT. 1–3 years experience.
