SHIFT LEADER

Location of Work: Demak Laut Industrial Park, Kuching
Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Able to work in shifts and under minimal supervision.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead production operators to meet daily production schedules and output targets.
• Assist the Production Executive/Supervisor with machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and operating production equipment
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with the QC team regarding any product non-conformance and support corrective actions.
• Respond promptly to equipment or process issues to minimize downtime.
• Communicate effectively with other shifts for smooth handover and continuity of operations.
