ACCOUNT OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Processing and handling of Account Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Accounting, Fixed Assets.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices into the accounting software.
• Check, verify and process supplier invoices/debit notes and liaise with supplier on discrepancies.
• Liaise with suppliers, auditors, bankers, tax agents and external consultants.
• Maintain proper filing of account documents for record keeping.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

Job Requirement

• Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Being familiar with accounting systems will be an added advantage.
• Good team work and interpersonal skills with positive work attitude.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Accounting Software.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
