SERVICE ADVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

• To attend promptly to customers' need for servicing/repairing of vehicles
• To provide advice to customers on proper maintenance of their vehicles
• To ensure effective implementation of customer retention activities
• Assist in the achievement of the outlet’s service and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates in Hospitality Management are encouraged to apply
• Young, energetic, self motivated and pleasant personality
• Excellent team player with strong customer centric attitude
• Result oriented person
• Possess a valid driving licence
• Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
