Job Responsibilities

• Take-off quantities, prepare BOQ, cost estimation and tender documents
• Evaluate subcontractor & supplier quotations
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders and cost monitoring
• Attend site meetings, conduct site measurement and contract admin work

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years construction QS experience; bridge/civil project experience preferred
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia, basic Chinese is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD and QS software
• Familiar with Sabah / Sarawak construction practice is a plus
• Independent, good negotiation skill, strong cost awareness
• Malaysian citizen, willing to travel to project sites
