STEAMER

Requirements:

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably with relevant working experience in a Chinese Kitchen, particularly in steaming.
• Good knowledge and practical skills in preparing and steaming various types of dishes.
• Able to perform cutting, cleaning, portioning and preparation of ingredients.
• Able to operate steaming equipment and maintain proper food handling, hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Capable of managing the steaming section independently with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
