SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

• To generate sales through online and offline marketing strategy.
• Attending to customers calls, enquiry and arranging viewing at showroom / site.
• To negotiate with customers and achieve sales target.
• To conduct and participate in sales & marketing activities (eg: open house, roadshows, exhibition, product launching, etc.).
• Collect and compile market research data.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business-related discipline.
• At least 1–3 years of sales / customer service experience, preferably in property or real estate development industry or real estate agency.
• Candidates who have the interest to start a sales career but without relevant experience may apply. Training will be provided.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, initiative and result-oriented.
• Have a ‘Can Do’ attitude and mindset, pay attention to details.
• Good communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
• Possess own transport.
