CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER

Job Summary

Responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer enquiries and feedback, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout their interaction with the company.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
• Experience in customer service or automotive industry is an advantage.
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and professional.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
