FACILITY MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To execute implementation of FEMS, BEMS and CLS activities in the clinics as stipulated in the contract agreement, TRPI, MAP and CSIP to achieve the set operational goals.
• To prepare a monthly payment assessment report and submit invoice payment documentation of all clinics under care.
• To organize monthly pre-validation meeting with clinic and to attend monthly validation meeting with PKB
• To provide any report and data in the zone to the management when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess a Degree Preferably in Engineering; other disciplines are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably candidate with at least 5 years in managing Hospital / Clinics Support Services or facilities management field.
• Preferably candidate with Facility/Healthcare Facility Management Certificate recognized by CiDB.

Salary Range: RM 3,000 – RM 6,000 (based on experience)
