SITE SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 3–5 years working experience in Civil Engineering work.
• Good communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ability to multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and other related software).
• Self-motivated & able to work in a team base environment with minimum supervision.
• Responsible for overall project management and site construction team.
• Possess own transportation and willing to work outstation when needed.
• To be based on site Kuching and Samarahan.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors to ensure work is being completed as per project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor the progress of work and make sure the site is working according to the project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards set by authorities.
• Report to the Project Manager on site progress, challenges, and any issues requiring attention.
