PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

Experiences

• At least 5 years of working experience in procurement field or in similar field

Skills

• Computer literate, with experience in Ms Excel

Supplier Management

• Identifying, evaluating & on-boarding reliable vendors while maintaining long-term relationships to ensure a steady supply chain.

Negotiation

• Leading the negotiation of contract & commercial terms to secure the best possible pricing, payment terms & delivery schedules

Budgeting & Reporting

• Controlling the procurement budget, performing spend analysis & preparing regular reports on savings & KPI performance.

Risk Mitigation

• Conducting risk assessments for potential contracts & developing plans to prevent disruptions like stock shortages or logistics delay

Compliance

• Ensuring all purchasing activities adhere to legal regulations ethical standards & internal company policies

Language

• Must be fluent in both oral and written in Mandarin. Have advantage if able in both oral & written in English Language
