  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience
  • Highly Proficient in ACAD and SketchUp
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Willing to commit to finish each task with high level of technical proficiency, reasonable knowledge in Project Planning
  • Experienced in Building Plans’ Submission Bye-Laws and Follow Up with Authorities & Councils and able to do Tender Drawings & Technical Details
  • Possesses good coordination and communication (Oral & Written) skills
  • Willing to learn and be trained
  • Independent, attend to site matters if and when necessary, excellent inter-consultant communication skills, creative thinker
  • Willing to Travel
