CONTRACT EXECUTIVE (QS) / JUNIOR CONTRACT EXECUTIVE (QS)

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industries (Developer, Consultant or Contractor’s firm).
• Strong proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, labour rates and project delivery approaches.
• Preferably possess own transportation.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required by project needs.
• Salary offer is commensurate with experience level.
