QUANTITY SURVEYORS (QS)

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

• At least Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Fresh graduate and experienced Quantity Surveyors are encourage to apply
• Flexible to work in office and site visit.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• To assist/assess tendering process and contract management.
• To assist in proposal preparation and submission.
• Liaise with different sub-consultant, contractors on costing requirements to complete the proposal in time.
• To assist in cost planning, analysis and monitoring for project resource, costing and project budget.
• Any duties as assigned from time to time.

SKILL/ABILITY:

• Familiar with tendering/proposal process and contract management;
• Possess initiative, proactive and able to communicate at all levels;
• Ability to work independently;
• Good command of English.
