SITE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in monitoring, supervision and coordination of works.
• Coordinating all the related work between client, consultant and subcontractors to ensure smooth flow of works.
• Ensure the correct materials, tools, and equipment are available on site when needed, and used efficiently.
• Maintain accurate daily site reports, including progress achieved, workforce attendance, material usage, and significant site activities.
• Ensure all construction activities are executed strictly in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and the project work program/schedule.

Requirements:

• Certificate/ Diploma in Electrical/ Civil Engineering
• Min. 3 years’ experience in construction projects. FRESH GRADUATES are welcome.
• Mandarin speaker is preferred.
• Full-time based at site.
